Our story

Founded in 2008 by husband and wife team – Jon & Pip Vipond. Coast VW has grown from family roots into a company built up of highly experienced vehicle technicians that all work to the highest standards and employ our quality management systems whilst working in our modern, fully equipped workshop in North Devon.

Our fully equipped workshop is ready to handle all T25/T3 2WD and Syncro restoration projects, no matter how big or small. We also provide servicing and MOT work to keep your beloved Volkswagen on the road year after year.

Our premises are a modern, fully equipped and clean workshop – with a security system, full CCTV system and an extensive insurance policy we can guarantee your Volkswagen will be in safe hands.

We offer competitive hourly rates at £55.00 per hour and the ability to offer that specialist Volkswagen knowledge.

We operate an open-door policy whereby we encourage you to come and see the work being undertaken on your vehicle and if this is not possible for you, we always keep a well-documented diary of photos and work undertaken to keep you in the loop of progress.

We don’t stand still as a company, we are constantly investing in researching the best products available and developing the best techniques. We have evolved our own quality management system to ensure our work is to the highest standard, we are all about the quality!
